4. Fatima Blush - Never Say Never Again (1983)

Fatima Blush came from the original script of 'Thunderball' and it is probably where she should have stayed. Number 12 in S.P.E.C.T.R.E, the former Playboy cover girl was an assassin after James Bond, hired by Maximillian Largo. In their first meeting Blush was a fan of some sadomasochism at a health spa in London, here he first witnesses her unusual assassination methods. Later she kills one man by throwing snakes in his car, then just to confirm the kill she blows it sky high with explosives.

A man hunter with a salacious appetite for death, Blush combined her killer heels with killer streak. When forcing Bond to write in his memoirs that she is his No.1 sexual partner she meets her doom. The second person on this list to be killed by a MI6 issue pen, Bond fires a rocket dart at Blush, all that is left is a pair of high heels.

Barbara Carrera was nominated for best supporting actress at the Golden Globes but lost out to Cher for her role in 'Silkwood', I can't ever think why. A mix of her overuse of makeup and R.P. accent make Fatima Bush a character you just couldn't wait to get off the screen.
