James Wan: Ranking His Films From Worst To Best

1. The Conjuring

Conjuring A Fresh off of Insidious, James Wan went back into suspenseful and methodically crafted traditional horror in this true story inspired possession tale. The result isn€™t just his best film to date but an instant classic worthy of being eschewed into the ranks of the all-time greats like The Exorcist. http://youtu.be/_FCaLiZtu9s Every aspect of The Conjuring from the sinister story to the subtle and insidious buildup to the climactic exorcism scene is masterfully crafted into one of the best horror films of recent times. The fact that the movie doesn€™t pull any lame tricks out of its ass like entering parallel spirit realms, but is largely realistic and believable only made things even more unsettling. This is a movie that was Rated R not for violence, language, or nudity but because it€™s that damn intense and spine tingly horrifying. Simply put, if you fancy yourself a horror aficionado this is one you need to see to restore your faith in the modern outings within the crumbled genre. Do you agree or disagree with these rankings?
