6. Needle Trap

The game's second trap sees the four remaining survivors dragged into a barn, where Mitch finds a tape attached to a Billy puppet.

Jigsaw's tape states that one of the four has been injected with a poison, as punishment for their previous crime as a purse snatcher, where they let their victim die of an asthma attack rather than return to help them.

There are three needles in the room: one is the antidote to the poison, one is a harmless saline solution and the other is hydrochloric acid, which will cause them an agonising death.

The group quickly deduces that Carly is the culprit, and as they begin arguing about which needle to inject her with, their chains start raising them up into the air, preparing to hang them.

Ryan ends up angrily stabbing Carly with all three needles, quickly ending the game as half her body melts from the inside.

This is pretty basic for the standards of Saw. The numbers printed on each needle seemed like they were going somewhere, but any suspense or ambiguity quickly drained away once Ryan just injected her with all three. Pretty mediocre by the series' standards.
