4. Quentin Turnbull - Jonah Hex
Malkovich probably shouldn't feel
too bad about this one, given that other talented actors like Josh Brolin and Michael Fassbender - as well as untalented ones like Megan Fox - didn't get out alive either. He plays Quentin Turnbull, the film's main villain; the guy who not only killed Jonah's (Josh Brolin) family, but also severely disfigured his face. Going by Malkovich's utterly unenthusiastic performance, it seems that he, like everyone else (Brolin called the film "awful" ahead of its release), knew exactly what they were getting into, and were keen to put in the bare minimum effort possible to get paid. The film, which was butchered into 81-minutes of your life you can't get back, is astonishingly awful from top to bottom, and save for the various hilarious get-ups the characters are kitted out in - the make-up and costume department clearly deserved a better script - there's absolutely nothing to praise about this dreck, or Malkovich's part in it.
