10. The Park Is Dedicated To John Hammond

As already confirmed, the park features a statue to John Hammond, which is not only a tribute to the character but a fitting nod to the lately and very sadly departed Richard Attenborough, who was arguably the face of the first movie more than any of the more active heroes. Not only that, but the Park also pays homage to Hammond as a historical pioneer in terms of the rebirth of the dinosaurs, putting him on the timeline of the history of how the dinosaurs were brought back...
Though the tribute is right because of Attenborough's death, it's something of a betrayal of the character, who said at the end of Jurassic Park that he had decided not to endorse his own park, and would later become a naturalist rather than an industrialist. But without looking too deeply, it's good that the film is looking backwards.
