Justice League: 10 Villains We Definitely Won't See

1. Starro The Conqueror

StarroWho? It€™s a giant intergalactic starfish that uses smaller starfish as mind-control masks. That€™s it. That€™s the reason why the Justice League joined forces in the first place. I€™m going to let that sink in for a minute. Why We Won't See Him... Making its debut in Brave and the Bold #28, Starro the Conqueror began its conquest by endowing three regular starfish with its alien abilities before setting up shop in a place called €œHappy Harbor€. At this point, I couldn€™t really fault anyone if they confused Starro€™s plot with a bad Disney animated feature. Despite its underwhelming appearance, Starro gave the Justice League everything it could handle. In fact, it was a random b-character, non-powered human Snapper Carr, who came up with a plan to dump quicklime all over the creature, and€ that€™s it. You know, just dump this incredibly common chemical on the giant intergalactic mind-control starfish over in Happy Harbor. Imagine Cthulhu without the awesome powers, or the boundless evil, or the insurmountable size, or any other good or interesting thing. That€™s Starro the Conqueror.
