Justice League: 10 Ways Zack Snyder's Cut Could Set Up A New DCEU

Actor Ray Fisher was plucked out of obscurity to play Cyborg in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League, but the poor guy definitely ended up with the short end of the stick. What should have been a star making performance was cut down to pretty much nothing by Joss Whedon, and it's no secret that the vast majority of his scenes as Cyborg ended up on the cutting room floor.

In Snyder's cut, Fisher will finally be given the chance to show what he can do in the role. That could lead to the Cyborg movie - which was also dated for this year by Warner Bros. when it was first announced - finally becoming a reality, regardless of whether it's in cinemas or, again, on HBO Max.

It's clear that Snyder always had big plans for Fisher as Cyborg, so he would almost certainly be involved with a project featuring the character, and could even end up taking charge of it. There's already chatter that Cyborg is going to appear in The Flash, but it's Justice League which could make that a reality and establish the character as a major player in the DCEU moving forward.
