17. The Knightmare Mirror

It might have now been changed fundamentally (or so Batman presumably hopes), but the shadow of his Knightmare dream/vision/flash-forward from Batman v Superman looms large even in Justice League.

The shots of him standing on the rocks above Amnesty Bay are a direct - and not accidental - mirror of him standing above the apocalyptic city in the Knightmare future. And it's also no accident that both shots are the prologue to him fighting with a fellow Justice League member.

There's no getting around the similarity in those goggles too...
