10. Queen of Fables
If you want a strange but awesome villain, the Queen of Fables is your safest bet. The Queen of Fables is a reality altering sorceress with a focus on--as the name implies--fables. Powerful, and with perhaps the coolest aesthetic of any comic villain, she surrounds herself with enchanted goblins, dragons, and other nasty beasts. In other words, she is totally awesome. In recent years, fairy tales have had a resurgence among the populous. More and more people want to see them, just like more and more people want to see superhero films. Why not combine the two? The epic scale of the Queen of Fables alone is enough to really inspire some awesome stories. Magic is one of Superman's weaknesses, and Batman can't rationalize this sort of stuff. Chaos reigns! And we might get to see Aquaman kiss Wonder Woman. You'd pay to see that. (If you don't get the joke, read JLA)
