Justice League Movie: 10 Ways It Could Be Better Than The Avengers

4. Lessons Can Be Learned from The Avengers

I remember being a huge fan of Resident Evil when it came out originally on PS1, in fact I remember thinking it was the best game I€™d ever played. Then Silent Hill was released by Capcom€™s rival Konami. They€™d clearly taken lessons from Resident Evil, in abundance in fact, but thanks to that, they actually managed to produce a better game. Resident Evil created the survival horror genre, but Silent Hill perfected it. I€™m hoping that Warner Bros. will follow suit with their own Superhero Ensemble franchise. As a huge comic book fan, I was blown away by The Avengers. It represented pretty much exactly what€™s going on in my mind when I€™m reading a comic book. But it wasn€™t perfect, not by a long shot. I€™m really hoping that Justice League screenwriter Will Beall has looked to The Avenger€™s - at what worked and what didn€™t - when penning his script. Not that I€™m after a carbon copy, but for me, The Avengers was the first of its kind. As a €˜Superhero Ensemble€™ piece, it stepped into ultimately virgin territory. If lessons have been learned by the Justice League€™s creative team, then this first DC entry (only the second film ever produced within this offshoot arm of the €˜Comic Book Movie€™ genre) then we might just be looking at even greater results.
