3. Ezra Miller As Barry Allen

When Ezra Miller was chosen to play Barry Allen, the response from fans was one of confusion. Despite delivering superb performances in the likes of The Perks Of Being A Wallflower and We Need to Talk About Kevin, the actor didn't exactly fit the mold of how the majority of comic book readers pictured the character (for example, Bradley Cooper has frequently been mentioned as a fan-favourite choice for the role in the past). However, this shot of Miller as Barry Allen makes him look like he was torn straight from the pages of the comic books. Don't forget that Grant Gustin was also criticised after being cast as the Fastest Man Alive and he's since proved the haters wrong, so Miller shouldn't be too worried when he first appears in Batman V Superman later this year. Talking about his interpretation of the character, Miller said: "He's been struck by the lightning, that's the mythos, but he's a human. He can run through walls, he can run across water, he can run so fast that he can move into another plane of frequency, where there's another reality." That all sounds familiar, but with Geoff Johns teasing time travel elements, chances are this Flash will be more powerful than his TV counterpart!
