Justice League Movie - 6 Pieces Of Incredible DC Concept Art You Have To See

2. A Human Element

The tragic thing about Cyborg is that while his accident may have led to him becoming a superhero, it also left him horribly scarred and without most of his body. He's more machine than man in many ways, but unlike, say, RoboCop, his human consciousness does remain in control (though there has been some debate over whether that's really Victor or what the computerised parts of him have essentially ended up creating). Regardless, the Justice League movie clearly isn't going to shy away from showing the extent of his injuries, something the concept art above makes clear. While it was originally Darkseid's attack on Earth which left Vic Stone like this in the comics, don't be surprised if the big screen version's origin story is instead tied into Doomsday's attack on Metropolis in Batman V Superman. That's just speculation of course, but the important thing to note here is that Zack Snyder - and the DC Films in general - definitely seem to be sticking pretty closely to the source material when it comes to the origin stories of each member of this iconic superhero team. Will the Justice League movie go as far as the comics by revealing that all that's left of Cyborg's human side is basically a head and a torso? Who knows, but he's clearly in the process of being transformed here.
