Justice League: Snyder Cut - 10 Cuts Warner Bros Should NEVER Have Made

2. Green Lantern

Justice League Black Superman
Warner Bros.

Justice League concluded with two post-credit scenes. The first scene shows Superman and the Flash racing one another. The second scene shows Lex Luthor talking to Deathstroke about setting up "a League of their own", implying that the Injustice League or the Legion of Doom would appear in a sequel.

However, Zack Snyder had a different idea for the post-credit scenes. According to one VFX editor, Snyder shot a scene of Bruce Wayne at his lake house where he notices a blinding green light in the sky. As the light approaches, it is revealed to be the Green Lanterns, Kilowog and Tomar-Re, who have come to warn Batman about his battle with Apokolips' forces were far from over and he would face a threat far deadlier than Steppenwolf

Some would argue this scene would come across as too much fan-service but it would make far more sense than teasing Lex Luthor's return. Lex wasn't even in the movie! Darkseid is directly tied to everything we just saw in Justice League so this scene would be perfect for fans to know of what was to come as well as teasing the existence of the Green Lantern Corps.
