Justice League Vs. The Avengers: Which Is Better?

4. Action Sequences

What would an ensemble superhero movie be without some ludicrous action sequences, right? Though action isn't really Whedon's forte, there are several highly entertaining set-pieces throughout The Avengers, with those involving The Hulk proving particularly memorable. It devolves to usual beam-in-the-sky shenanigans by the end, but it's mostly fun.

Justice League's action is pretty disappointing, to be honest. Batman feels sidelined throughout most of the film and there's nothing on the level of his fantastic warehouse fight from Batman v Superman.

Wonder Woman's opening set-piece in London is more goofy than bada**, and most of the later action is hampered by atrocious CGI. It's just very hollow and, oddly, not particularly memorable.

Winner: The Avengers has countess moments that still stick in the brain five years later. Is anyone really going to be saying that about any of the action in Justice League?
