Justice League Vs. The Avengers: Which Is Better?
9. Music
It's a frequent and justified criticism of the MCU that the overwhelming majority of its films don't feature any memorable music whatsoever.
The Avengers, however, is the exception, thanks to Alan Silvestri's iconic main theme, which is pretty much the only piece of MCU music everyone remembers.
This is typically an area where the DCEU has fared better, though Justice League's musical score was disappointingly forgettable for the most part.
The nostalgic riffs on classic Batman and Superman themes were neat, but there weren't any new themes for The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg, and nothing that was anywhere near as memorable as the scores for Man of Steel and Batman v Superman.
Winner: The Avengers wins by default simply because it has one memorable theme, while Justice League had little to offer beyond using pre-existing music as a crutch.
