After Endgame, Professor Hulk is left in a very uncomfortable position.

His friend and his love both sacrificed themselves. His intrepid leader threw down his shield. With Thor leaving Earth again, Hulk is left with only Hawkeye, someone who spent five years in darkness.

Where does Hulk go from here, and more importantly, how does he react to the injustices, conflicts, and extreme events of the post-Iron Man world?

Originally planned as the villain of Avengers, Feige may be gearing up for Hulk to have a heal turn in the next few phases, potentially ushering in World War Hulk on a smaller, Civil-War-sized scale.

Rumors are once again springing up that World War Hulk is on the horizon. Add that to the rumors of General Ross becoming Red Hulk and the fact that She-Hulk is gearing up for her own show on Disney+, now would be an ideal time to take Hulk's character in a new direction.
