6. The Gotham Landmarks

The Gotham landscape in LEGO Batman has a number of recognisable landmarks: first there's Shreck’s Department Store from Batman Returns, and a LexCorps building can be seen in the skyline.

There's also a sign advertising "Soder Cola", which is a famous brand from within the DC Comics universe.

5. Barris

Abother advert can be seen on the back of a magazine in the film “Barris Automotive”, which is a nice reference to George Barris, who of course was the man responsible for designing the Batmobile for the 1960s TV series.

4. The Batmobile Start-Up

As another nod to the classic Batmobile from the 1960s TV show, 'Puter uses the phrase “Atomic batteries to power, turbines to speed,” which is exactly what Robin said every time the Batmobile was started up on the ’60s Batman show...
