LEGO Batman Movie: 75 Easter Eggs & References You Need To See
69. Billy Dee Williams
This movie's version of Two-Face is played by Billy Dee Williams, who of course played Harvey Dent in Batman '89 and who was set to become Two Face before Tim Burton changed his plans for the sequel.
But the design also takes in Tommy Lee Jones' version of the character's pink hair, and the "melted" face of Aaron Eckhart's version, only cleverly reimagined as melted plastic damage.
68. The Movie Villains
The movie's Rogue's Gallery is full of famous Batman villains - some A-list and some very much not - but some of the designs are based on the movie iterations of the characters rather than the comics. The Penguin is definitely Tim Burton's version, Poison Ivy is straight out of Batman & Robin and Bane borrows Tom Hardy's jacket and mask (though he's mostly based on the Knightfall version of the character).
And of course Egghead and King Tut, who are both mentioned, were inventions of the 1960s Adam West show, rather than the comics. Both were ridiculous.
67. Bane's Voice
Bane boasts Tom Hardy's controversial garbled British tones in homage to The Dark Knight Rises, as voiced by comedian and arch-podcaster Doug Benson, who regularly does his impression of the character on Doug Loves Movies.
