Leonardo DiCaprio to lead Chris Nolan's INCEPTION

Leonardo DiCaprio chooses his projects very carefully. Watching an interview on Charlie Rose for REVOLUTIONARY ROAD, he genuinely mentioned he didn't know where the next few years were going to take him, as he is only on the lookout for films that will challenge him and they aren't easy to find. But he's hit the jackpot today. Variety say Christopher Nolan, one of the top five in the business today has hired him to lead INCEPTION, the sci-fi summer epic that he wrote and will direct as his next movie at Warner Bros. The movie is aiming for a release next summer and all we know is that it's "a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind". DiCaprio is at the top of his game right now. If it wasn't for the fact it was a particularly strong year for leading male performances, he would have been right up their with a shout at Best Actor for his performance in REVOLUTIONARY ROAD. Love the idea of him doing sci-fi. Love the idea of him working with Nolan! Wonder what this movie is about?
