The whole Adamantium bullet issue is one that Wolverine fans will debate as long as they'll wonder why Fox allowed their own movie timeline to get so irreparably f*cked up, but there's no denying the fact that it is a devastatingly effective way to despatch a slightly weaker Wolverine clone.

After dumping Logan on the tree stump to finish him off, X-24 rather poetically catches the bullet his victim has been carrying around to kill himself with in the back of his head. And it doesn't just knock him down, it cuts through his Adamantium skull like warm butter, exploding half of his head and dropping him like a bag of potatoes.

And because this is Mangold's R-Rated world, we got to see all of that, and the sight of him sucker-punched with a hole in his face, in glorious high-definition and perverse detail.
