8. Nate's Posters

When Laura, Logan and Charles stay at the Munson family's farm and help save them from the Canewood company's goons, Laura takes a shine to son Nate and follows him up to his room fascinated by him.

The walls of his room are adorned with some posters, hinting at his hobbies and also referencing the importance of American civil rights movement, which plays such an important part in the foundation of the X-Men franchise. That comes in the shape of an Abe Lincoln poster.

There are also a couple of deathcore band posters - one for Dr Acula (also the name of Turk and JD's vampire doctor creation on Scrubs) and another for All Shall Perish. Kid knows his dark music.

There are also a lot of photos of horses and Western posters, revealing a little of James Mangold's reference points or the movie.

Ironically, the Munsons share a name with the General in charge of the Weapon X programme in X-Men Origins (perhaps not intentionally admittedly).
