7. The Mutey Kids

Other than Rictor, and maybe Bobby the electrically-powered mutant (who is surprisingly chubby for a genetically "pure" clone, but whatever) it's hard to really feel much for the mutant kids. Sure, the IDEA of them is very compelling, and what they represent to Laura and to the future of mutantkind, but they're not really on screen that much.

They're pretty much an exact replica of the Mad Max future kids, and Logan is their temporary Fagin (without the stealing or the anti-Semitism), but they obviously score added points for the brief flashes of their powers we actually get to see in the film's climax.

There's a lot of promise for the group IF Fox decide to go with an X-23 led New Mutants future spin-off (not to be confused with Josh Boone's other New Mutants spin-off, mind you). You can definitely see them on a sort of Amblin-style adventure evading capture while trying to find their identities.
