According to a "leaked cast call", classic Black Panther villains White Wolf and Man Ape could turn up in his first stand-alone movie.

That's just too many elements to balance when you've got Killmonger as the main villain, Ulysses Klaue potentially as another and the whole Bucky situation to be dealt with.
I wouldn't be surprised if Man Ape and T'Challa's brother White Wolf did appear for sequels, but nobody wants Black Panther to be saturated with too many villains. It's already killed too many films as it is.
