2. Champion Of The Universe

The Champion of the Universe, while not an outright villain as such, is certainly more on the evil side of the spectrum thanks to his impetuous and arrogant actions. Born billions of years ago, in the Ancrindo Nebula, in the direction of the Magellanic Clouds, the Champion of the Universe is one of the Elders of the Universe (along with such beings as the Collector, who has already been introduced in to the Marvel Cinematic Universe). His entire schtick is that he wishes to test himself against the best warriors in the universe and, although he does so fairly, the fact that he often forces them do this is what makes him a somewhat hard-to-like character. He also insists that the fights are completely hand-to-hand, which often renders heroes who rely on other more esoteric powers at a disadvantage. He even has his own promoter like a boxer (or "Promoter Supreme", in his case), named Proja. Proja arrived on Earth before Champion and recruited eight of its strongest male heroes (Champion having obnoxiously decided eons ago that females were inferior and not worth fighting). Champion then forced their participation by threatening to destroy the planet should they not fight him - those unworthy of the glorious gift that is the true spirit of competition would be "purified". The Champion challenged the superheroes (which included existing MCU characters Hulk and Thor) to a boxing match in Madison Square Garden while a forcefield is around it and brought them to his extra-dimensional training facility to prepare for the match. Although that particular scenario is a bit too silly for the live action movies, a more basic challenge could be laid down by Champion to the likes of Hulk and Thor and could make for an interesting sub-plot in a future MCU movie. Champion has, in the past, possessed one of the Infinity Gems (the "Infinity Stones", as they're known in the MCU) - in his case, the Power Gem - so he could be the route through which a new one is introduced in to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
