Even with the potential and likely presence of some massively super-powered individuals like Thor and Hulk, the likelihood is that the final one-on-one deciding battle in the Civil War movie will be an absolutely epic showdown between the two central figures - Captain America and Iron Man. The outcome of the battle, at this stage, is unclear, as it may not reflect the comic book portrayal at all. One may die, both may survive. One may win the physical battle outright, it could end in a stalemate. However, regardless of how it ends, it will be both heartbreaking and incredibly exciting to see the two most popular heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe going toe-to-toe in mortal combat.
