MCU: 10 Biggest Reveals From D23

Of all the upcoming Disney+ series, you could argue that Secret Invasion is the most anticipated by fans of the MCU. Many believed the source material was worthy of an Avengers movie itself rather than a mini-series, but that doesn’t mean it will be any less special.

15 years after first stepping out of the shadows to speak to Tony Stark, Samuel L. Jackson will finally take the lead as Nick Fury, supported by a stunning cast headlined by the likes of Ben Mendelsohn, Coby Smulders, Don Cheadle, Emilia Clarke, and Olivia Colman.

The only thing that was missing was a trailer, until D23. In just two minutes the teaser gave fans an idea of what to expect – something that feels a lot more gritty than the typical MCU outing, an incredible story, and a thriller like absolutely nothing else in the franchise.

Alongside first looks at Colman, Clarke, and confirmation of Rhodey’s appearance (unless he is a Skrull, of course), the Secret Invasion trailer did exactly what it needed to do. It’s fair to say that excitement has now been sent through the roof, and Spring 2023 can't come quick enough.
