1. The B.A.R.F. Hint

Strictly speaking, this is an Endgame fact, but it does change how you view Civil War. The Russos claimed around the time of Infinity War's marketing that there was something in Civil War - specifically a piece of technology - that would come back to play a major part in how the heroes took down Thanos.

Naturally, that led almost everyone to believe that they were referring to B.A.R.F., the unfortunately named invention Tony uses to "hijack the hippocampus... to clear traumatic memories." Quite how it will play into Endgame's plot remains to be seen, but there is some speculation that Stark will use it to hijack Thanos' brain somehow or perhaps to clear the memories of everyone who died and has to live with remembering that when they're brought back.
