8. The Abomination Almost Had Pointy Ears

There are a few different concepts for the Abomination out there, but the design of Tim Roth's monstrous alter-ego was pretty spot on in the end. He wasn't a great deal like the comics version of the character though, because of some necessary changes.

For one, his pointed ears were dropped because Louis Leterrier suggested that Hulk would simply bite them off, which would have been too intense for a PG-13 movie. The option of like, just not getting him to bite them off apparently didn't occur to anyone...

Abomination's scaly appearance in the comics was dropped too because it made no sense. Emil Blonsky was never part lizard and the super-serum that infects him simply "improves" him as a human. That's why the character designers chose to have his bones sticking out in place of his scales.
