1. The Plans For Phase 4
The Rumour
The plans for phase 4 and beyond are set to focus more on the new characters and introducing more popular characters from the comics like Hercules, She-Hulk, the Thunderbolts and Namor (rights allowing).
Additionally, there's "a real possibility" Fox could give up the Fantastic Four rights, but don't expect the X-Men any time soon.

Having the new team members more central in the next Phase is unquestionably the right way to go: Marvel have invested in them and their movies heavily and leaving them as side concerns and supporting characters to the veterans would be a poor approach all round.
As for the new characters: the Thunderbolts and Namor have been thrown around a lot, She-Hulk and Hercules would be slightly more left-field, and the Fantastic Four would be great. Fox have messed them up twice now, and it's time for another Homecoming.
