2. Cap, Thor Or Iron Man Will Die
The Rumour
One of the core three Avengers (their words, not mine) - Cap, Iron Man or Thor - will die in Avengers 4 or Infinity War.
Apparently Iron Man is the logical choice because of Robert Downey Jr's contract situation and how much he costs. But then he's the most valuable for cameos, so maybe one of the other two. Either way, we'll see a very big death.

It is pretty much needed: Infinity War is supposed to be an escalated event in which LOTS of heroes are supposed to die. Having someone major die would fit the billing, and would sell how important stopping Thanos is.
Who is to say it even needs to be permanent too? One of the Infinity Stones is literally the Time Stone - there will always be a way to bring characters back from the dead. If they were to do it that way, they should make it Cap and have him transported back in time or to a sort of imagined outside-of-time period that would allow for another historically set adventure. But maybe that's asking too much.
Anyway, death certainly wouldn't be a shock.
