5. Kraglin Is Fun...But Distracting

Kraglin (Sean Gunn) gets a much larger role compared to the first movie, and though he provides some easily laughs, it's also hard not to be distracted by his presence pretty much every time he's on screen.

Sean Gunn is, of course, the brother of James Gunn, and so it's clear Kraglin has only received an expanded part because the writer-director is looking out for his own, essentially.

It's one of the movie's many indulgences, and though Gunn is well-cast in the part, it's tough to shake the feeling he's only getting such prominence because of nepotism.

It would be disingenuous to suggest that Sean Gunn is known only for being James Gunn's brother - he has a ton of IMDB credits - but his placement in the movie is still totally distracting throughout.
