8. The Hulk Takes Forever To Show Up

Though Ragnarok was marketed as a buddy movie starring Thor and The Hulk, it's surprising just how long it takes for the Big Green Dude to show up.

We checked the clock: The Hulk's first appearance is at the 53 minute mark, and though it does lead to some fantastic back-and-forth between himself and the God of Thunder, it's still a shame his screen time is decidedly more minimal than just about anyone expected.

When you consider that The Hulk ends up transforming back to Bruce Banner for most of the second act, there's actually not a huge amount of Hulk mayhem in the movie.

The MCU's approach to date has been to make him a sparing attraction to avoid over-exposing him to audiences, but this really felt like the movie where he should've had a full starring role, especially with his new ability to speak and all.

Pretty much everything he does in this movie is gold, but there could've been so much more.
