MCU: 12 Things You Learn Rewatching Thor: Ragnarok

7. The "Creepy Old Guy" Line Is Pretty Awkward

When Thor arrives on Sakaar, he has his head shaved by the Grandmaster's (Jeff Goldblum) personal barber, played of course by none other than Marvel legend Stan Lee.

When Banner later asks Thor what happened to his hair, he says, "Some creepy old man cut it off." Back when the movie came out, the line was a total howler, but today? Not quite.

With sexual harassment allegations against Lee surfacing in recent months, the line has an unfortunate, unintended ick to it upon rewatching. While the truth has yet to come out in a court of law, the line feels somewhat tainted by recent events regardless.

Even if Lee is vindicated, it'll be hard to hear the line and not immediately think of the allegations, which is a shame.
