11. Astral Ring
The Sorcerors' primary mode of long distance travel might not be the most useful weapon (though it obviously can be employed as one when combined with a tactically astute brain), but as a magical artefact that requires lots of training it's still a hugely significant item n Doctor Strange's universe.
The Astral Ring basically works like a Portal Gun, cutting an energy field to another place using the force of will of the wielder - seemingly meaning it's powerful enough to allow even the most unspectacular of people to channel its powers if they're mentally tuned correctly.
Travel might not be the flashiest of capabilities, but when you consider the Ring allows Strange to strand enemies thousands of miles away, or immediately get to life-saving medical care, its value becomes very apparent.
