MCU: 15 Most Powerful Items In Marvel's Phase 3

So far, we've seen only a couple of long-term characters correctly affected by the Super Soldier Serum - Bucky and Cap - but Captain America: Civil War did hold some hints at the true potential power of the serum in the wrong hands.

The serum was developed Dr Abraham Erskine, transforming weakling Steve Rogers into a full-blown He-Man: he's stronger, faster, more durable and basically invulnerable (and the same goes for Bucky). It's basically the key to becoming a superman, and it's still around in some form, thanks to Bucky helping HYDRA get their claws on it (and making their own short-lived super soldiers).

And then there's the lesser-considered fact that it also accidentally helped power Bruce Banner into the Hulk (and create the Abomination), suggesting General Ross too still has access to something along the same lines. And since he's back in the Phase 3 picture, maybe we'll see it play a new part in the wider narrative. Red Hulk anyone?
