MCU: 7 Lesser-Known Marvel Moments We'd Love To See
1. Captain America Wields Mjolnir
Other than Thor, out of all of the Avengers, there is no one who would be more worthy to wield Mjolnir than Captain America.
As Steve said in his first film: "I don’t want to kill anyone. I don’t like bullies; I don’t care where they’re from.", a sentiment which has been echoed throughout his journey across the MCU and one which truly defined him as Earth's mightiest hero. Sure, Iron Man may have been the character used to the launch the cinematic universe, but he may as well be Ultron in comparison to how moral of a person Rogers simply is.
With that in mind, and Chris Evans' departure from the role seeming likely, it would make the most sense to include a moment of this ilk in Avengers: Endgame, as it may simply be the last chance we have to see the Captain wielding the most iconic of hammers.
All it would take would be a throwaway line establishing that Stormbreaker follows the same rules as Mjolnir, and a climactic battle between Cap and Thanos.
