14. Iron Man 2 - Mjolnir

Back when Iron Man was pretty much the only hero in the MCU (yes, the Incredible Hulk can happened too, but it's not like he was an active consideration for long after Iron Man popped up), it still wasn't entirely clear that we'd ever get an Avengers movie. There were, of course, whispers that it might happen, but this was before the idea of a shared universe was even in common usage with mainstream film fans.

In that respect, it was even more exciting to see links to other possible movies and the appearance of Thor's famed hammer Mjolnir in the post-credits scene for Iron Man 2, as well as fast-favourite Phil Coulson was the first big "wow" moment.

This suggested that the God Of Thunder was indeed coming - in a properly tangible way - and that he was going to be tied to Iron Man in some way as well as teasing a depowering story in a particularly clever way.
