3. Avengers: Age Of Ultron
The Cameo: After Loki's sceptre is captured, the Avengers hold a party. Several of Steve Rogers' army buddies are there, including Stan Lee.
Avengers: Age of Ultron has by far Stan Lee's longest cameo in the MCU. He appears as one of Captain America's surviving army buddies, which in itself is a very sweet, if subtle, touch. Thor is handing out an Asgardian liquor, which he says is too strong for mortal stomachs.
Stan disagrees, saying he is more than up to the challenge. Seconds later, we see him being helped out of the room, drunkenly slurring his decades old catchprase; "Excelsior!" That alone makes it one of the best Stan cameos, but the whole scene is handled brilliantly.
