The Cameo: On Xandar, Stan is spied by Rocket chatting up a much younger woman... and he's married.
In Guardians of the Galaxy, Stan gets another very short, non-speaking part, but it's definitely his best silent cameo. Rocket is watching (and criticising) various people on Xandar, when he spies Stan Lee, clearly hitting on an attractive young brunette.
This leads to Rocket labelling him a "Grade-A prevert," and laughing hysterically. Like his cameo in The Incredible Hulk, it fits naturally into the scene, and like his Iron Man 3 appearance, is endearing despite the shady connotations.
