4. Lyja - Sibongile Mlambo
In the event that the Super Skrull is to be included, then Marvel probably shouldn't worry about going all in on appearances from the shape-shifters, especially ones such as Lyja, who has been a key member of the Fantastic Four's supporting cast for many years.
This began with the reveal that she had been disguising herself as Alicia Masters, who had been married to Johnny Storm at the time, something which should probably be changed for the movies, in order so that the original Masters could be allowed to be given her classic characterisation and partnership with Ben Grimm.
Sibongile Mlambo would be a great choice to portray the character, her previous performances showing us that she can be quite serious, an attitude which would perfectly juxtapose the Human Torch's brazen persona, with the whole 'opposites attract' and all.
