5. Why Did Wong And Abomination Leave Together?
Watching Wong duke it out with the Abomination, was pretty exhilarating, so much so that - in the midst of your nerdy euphoria - you may not have immediately realized the deeper implications of this. They were fighting, sure, but they definitely had a rapport. Wong called him Emil. He alluded to the two of them training together. Then, in the biggest "WTF" part of that whole scene, the two left together through a portal, stepping into what looked like some sort of containment facility.
So... like... WHAT? WHY? Answers! We need answers!
It's probably pretty safe to assume that the two transported back to the Raft. That's probably the only prison or containment facility that could safely hold the Abomination. Even if he did break out of his cell and bust through the prison walls, he'd almost certainly drown, so there's that. But the question remains: why were they training together?
We know we haven't seen the last of Blonsky, given that he's still set to appear in She-Hulk. Are we going to see him granted leverage by the government for some reason? Will he be a part of the MCU's version of the Thunderbolts (*cough* Val *cough*)? Only time will tell.
