MCU Phase 4: 10 Marvel Characters Keanu Reeves Is Most Likely To Play

Galactus seems like the best choice for the next overarching villain of the MCU after Thanos got dusted, as he’s one of the few to raise the bar even higher than the Mad Titan.

The problems with picking Keanu Reeves is that it doesn’t necessarily make the most of his skill set. The huge, planet devouring villain probably won’t be given a traditional fight scene, and will be more of a lurking, ominous presence throughout the next few phases of the MCU.

Given Keanu’s stunt proficiency, he might be better served in a more active role than this as well.

Reeves has a distinctive voice and the right level of commanding power, but is he too recognisable? You want to lose yourself in the movie, and not remind yourself that you’re watching Keanu Reeves acting.

Still, if Marvel does go in this direction, it’s one of the biggest roles they’ll have. It would make sense for Reeves to get a massive role with his career getting a hugely popular second wind.

Then again, rather than go for big, intergalactic action, their next move might be smaller, more intricate stakes instead.
