MCU Phase 4: 10 Ways Marvel Could Reboot Blade

6. Blade's Daughter

Even if you know Blade, chances are you're yet to find out about his daughter, who was introduced into Marvel's comics a few short summers ago.

Referred to as the "Anti-Peter [Parker]" by writer Tim Seeley, Fallon Grey is a popular, well-liked 16 year-old who goes to High School like everyone else, except - y'know - with the caveat that she's a vampire hunter by night. Seeley left the project before it could come to pass, but with the concept in place, there's no reason why Marvel couldn't persist with it somewhere down the line - perhaps in a film of their choosing?

It's a concept that could also lend itself well to Snipes' return, should Marvel decide to push ahead and make Blade a legacy character, with Fallon's arrival begetting a passing of the torch in a way we've yet to really see in a superhero feature.

Of all the ways Marvel could resurrect the Blade franchise, bringing in Fallon seems like the most exciting option. It provides Snipes with a way to bid his due to the character, and sets up the future of the role in the MCU going forward. What's not to love?
