MCU Phase 4: 8 Comic Moments Marvel Must Avoid

At one point, both Gwen Stacy and Norman Osborn were beloved characters, one being a long-time partner of Spider-Man and the other being an enjoyable nemesis to our friendly neighbourhood web-head. However, this one tale managed to flush the majority of that goodwill down the proverbial toilet.

If can't tell from the title of this entry, or the image above, this moment saw a flashback involving a sexual relationship between Gwen Stacy and Norman Osborn, one which resulted in two children, and an utterly stupid Spidey story.

And with Norman Osborn seeming likely to be the star of at least one MCU film - if the rumours of Secret Invasion and Dark Avengers being in the works are true - if Marvel were to include this moment, it would not be a very good choice to begin the character's on-screen journey.
