62. Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) - Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness

Though he's been conspicuous by his absence in talk of the sequel so far - mostly - there's no way Chiwetel Ejiofor's Karl Mordo was going to sit it out. Last we saw of him, he was swearing bloody vengeance - on behalf of the natural order of things - on ALL Sorcerors, and that's not the kind of thing you sleep on.

How do we know he's back? Well, because screenwriter C Robert Cargill confirmed as much along with his tease of Nightmare's involvement - with an even bigger hint that the two may be involved TOGETHER, interestingly:

"Me and Scott have not laid the groundwork for it but what I can say is that I have a feeling that whatever Nightmare is involved with, Baron Mordo, being somebody who considers himself the defender of natural law will have something to do with it."

Whatever the specifics, having Ejiofor back is a huge bonus.
