While we don't know who is playing her, we do know that Bruce Banner's lawyer cousin is coming to the MCU in her own TV show, thanks to Disney+.

The surprising project has been talked about a little over the years but nothing was concrete until D23 brought further announcements about the streaming platform's original TV shows. Quite how much of her backstory we will see remains to be seen, but it seems likely it'll be a fairly classical approach to the character.
