Thanks to a toy leak for Avengers 4 suggesting that the surviving heroes would have to prepare for an even greater threat than Thanos in his wake, fan attention inevitably turned to the question of what could possibly represent a bigger threat than him.

How about a world-eater?

With Marvel reacquiring the movie rights of lots of their most famous characters, Galactus is coming home and it seems preposterous that the studio wouldn't want to use him, even with the specific challenges he represents. That'll be why he's already been rumoured to appear somewhere in Phase 4, perhaps as the catalyst to bring the Fantastic Four to the MCU.

He's on another level when it comes to Marvel villains and he's coming sooner or later.
