15. Kraglin (Sean Gunn) - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3

Sean Gunn will be involved in Guardians Vol 2, just as he has been in all of the Guardians appearances, because he's the on-set stand-in for Rocket Raccoon. But he SHOULD be returning as Kraglin too after he was (mostly) left out of the Infinity War movies.

The end of Vol 2 saw Kraglin inheriting Yondu's Yaka Arrow (and trying, poorly, to learn to master it) and seemed to suggest he was still a Guardians crew member. The fact that he wasn't then shown on the Benatar when the Guardians flew off with Thor doesn't mean a great deal ther than he wasn't on the bridge at the time or something. There are easy ways to write around it.

Anyway, as well as appearing in Phase 4's What If...? the former Ravager will definitely get a chance to prove he was the right choice to step into Yondu's shoes this time around.
