2. Spider-Man (Tom Holland) - Spider-Man 3

Right now, we don't know the concrete status of Spider-Man as an MCU character, but things do not look good for the webslinger as a Marvel Studios character. Unless there's more twists in this tale, he's going to have to be dropped out of Phase 5 entirely without even so much as an explanation (since explanation would require the rights to mention him).

If they can somehow get back to the table (stranger things have happened, of course), we could have seen a sort of The People Versus Spider-Man deal whereby a big bad (probably Norman Osborn) sends a team (a proto-Sinister Six, if you will) after Peter Parker to remove him from the equation before taking New York for himself - probably through a legitimate attempt at a political run.

It's also fair to assume that Aunt May, MJ and Ned would have returned at the very least, but for now, we have to file this one under what could have been.
