4. The Howling Commandoes

Intriguingly, Bob Iger mentioned that the Marvel creative team are looking at different times as well as places for their new films, and that could open up the possibility of righting a wrong that has gone unfixed for way too long.

When Captain America jumped to the modern day at the end of The First Avenger, he left behind the Howling Commandos, a team of heroic supporting characters who deserved far more screen time. They are bona fide heroes in the MCU (hence them having an exhibit dedicated to them in The Winter Soldier), and the idea of more war-time action is very exciting.

And it could be a very clever way of extending Steve Rogers' story too. If he's "killed" as he was at the end of Civil War - in reality teleported between time and space - we could see him teleported back to his own time temporarily (or a construct of that time), which would allow us to see the Howling Commandos film we all deserve.

Even if it isn't THIS historically set film, there'll probably be something similar.
